The nettle is the most used tree to build wooden sticks and its thinnest and most flexible branches are chosen for the canes. Its wood is particularly resistant and elastic but really long lasting.
The nettle is generally widespread near the lakes of Northern Italy and in the pre-Alpine area. Here we have nettle canes for kids and adult with or without customized decorations.
