Right of withdrawal
The sales of products through Internet are regulated by D.Lgs. 206/05 (art. 50-68) and the following changes that regulates the matter of the distance contracts, this means the sales made out of the commercial places and by the European Law 2011/83 introduced in June 2014.
This law ratifies the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to give back the purchased product and to obtain the refund of the sustained expenses. The right is reserved only to the consumers and can  not be exercised by the persons who act for aims that can be related to their profession. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal the client must send a notification,  with expression of his will of withdrawal within 14 working days from the merchandise reception. The consumer will be in charge of the shipping fees.The returning costs of the product are charged to the customer.
The right of withdrawal totally decays if the returned product is not intact:
  •  if it lacks of its original packaging
  •  if it lacks of its integrant elements (accessories, manuals..)
  •  if it is damaged by different causes from the transport
 
PROCEDURES FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the case you effected a purchase on our website and you intend to withdraw, you have to follow this simple procedure:
1. You have to send a letter with returning receipt to Maver Fabrizio within 14 working days from the reception of the goods.
2. You have to anticipate this communication by mail or phone calling the following number: +393348955050.
3. You have to ship the product with its original packaging and complete with all its accessories.
4. We advise you to ensure the shipping against theft and travel damages and you will have to take charge of the related costs. If the returned goods has not been ensured for the value indicated on the invoice, Maver Fabrizio reserves the right to charge the possible transport damages or loss deducting them from the reimbursement.                                                            
5. You have to put on the packaging the sender’s name and to ship the product to the following address within the working day after the withdrawal notification.
6. The refund of all sums that the customer paid us (included shipping costs) will be repaid within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notification.  The  refund method will be the one chosen by the customer order: that means direct online recredit for the purchases done with Paypal system or through a bank transfer for the purchases done with cash on delivery. In the latest case the customer is bound to communicate us  the necessary data.
